Any cool, free community college for international student?

Question as above, something likes deep springs ( out of age though, for being 28). Looking for FA. Just get the GED diploma. International student. Planning for further education opportunities in Top universities after community college, such as Bachelor degree. So, I'd like to make a good start point for attending community colleges.

That's too bad. Deep Springs is one of them. Unfortunately, they don't allow age over 25 to go there. Anything else you recommended?

There aren't any. Private junior colleges (community colleges) will have scholarships but will cost a lot of money. Public community colleges cost money except in a few states such as California or New York State where costs are covered for residents with financial need.
Are you in the US right now? Do you have an F1 or another visa?
Deep Springs is an exception, an outlier.
College of the siskiyous is about as cheap as you'll find. TC3 in new York State is relatively inexpensive and has excellent partnerships with universities.
