How fortunate we are...

This idea just struck me that those who can not afford a computer or who live in neighborhoods where the education system just fails them are deprived of so many resources and how fortunate we are to have technology for so much help to enhance our education! I mean we can't even log onto our university systems without having a computer or checking uni e-mails. I hope that the new president of the United States addresses education and proposes a decent reform. What about the kids who send in paper apps instead of electronic ones? What if they don't have available to them technological equipment? Library yes is an option but for daily e-mails? Hmmm...makes me wonder. Any thoughts or problems with our education system are welcome.
