Chances as Developmental Sociology Major at CALS?

I'm a senior applying to Cornell ED this fall as a Developmental Sociology major. Please someone let me know if I have a realistic chance of getting in.
GPA: 3.81 UW 4.3 W
SAT: 1530 (800 Math, 730 Reading)
AP: Bio -3, Psych -5, Lang -3, Gov -3 (However I don't plan on sending these)
Awards: Ap scholar w/ distinction, national merit commended, John Hopkins cty academic achievement award
Extracurriculars: Spent 2 months in Central America working as volunteer teaching assistant, English tutor, started charity to donate old sports equipment to facilities in need, write y own blog that I translate into 3 languages, volunteer tennis coach, NHS, started quiz bowl team at school, attended summer camp for medicine
Also I'm a URM (half-hispanic)
