Chance me for Cornell Human Ecology ed

Hi! I’m extremely interested in Cornell’s human ecology school, it’s my top choice. I want to apply early decision as well. I would really appreciate if someone could chance me for applying there! Thank you!

GPA: 4.4 weighted
SAT: 1320 (I’m going to take it more times to get it up)
ACT: 30 (same for the ACT)
AP classes: (I am a junior, so I’ll be taking 4-5 more my senior year). AP world, Bio, human geography, and lang. Senior year: psych, stats, lit, environmental and/or chem
Honors classes: all classes except for the ap ones
ECs: Girl Scouts
Mu alpha Theta
English honor society
Tri m music honor society
Quiz bowl
Guitar lessons
National junior honors society

I created a club for elementary school girls in STEM fields for my GS gold award

Any input would be appreciated!!! Also, I want to work or volunteer at a human development lab, and there’s one near me at a university. Does anyone have tips on how I could work there? Would they let me, even though I am in high school?
