hey. i am going to be a '14 at dartmouth in the fall and i was wondering which major is better at the college. I feel like I can get better grades in govt, but econ seems slightly more interesting to me as I eventually want to enter business/i-banking, etc.

which do y'all suggest i look into majoring in?

thanks.

I suggest taking the intro classes for both during your first couple of terms, and seeing which ones you enjoy better. The departments also have open houses during orientation, usually with free food, go, talk to the profs and get a feel for the departments. There are also a lot of students who major in one and minor in the other or major in one but modify it with the other...Dartmouth is very strong in both, so whichever you end up finding you enjoy more, you'll be in a good place for it.
