Can anyone tell me what scholarship I may qualify for at DePaul with a 3.6 GPA/30 ACT?

The scholarship page doesn't give any indication of stats:

Presidential Scholarship
Awards are $14,000
The Presidential Scholarship, DePaul's most prestigious scholarship is awarded to a select group of our most academically qualified admitted students. For renewal, you must maintain a 3.30 grade point average.

Deans' Scholarship
Awards range from $10,000 to $11,000
The Deans' Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate an exceptional level of achievement as measured by outstanding classroom performance and above-average scores on college entrance exams. For renewal, you must maintain a 3.00 grade point average.

DePaul Scholars' Award
Awards range from $4,000 to $9,500
The DePaul Scholars' Award is given to students who have strong academic credentials and have performed above average compared to others in our applicant pool. For renewal, you must maintain a 2.70 grade point average.

My D had scores similar to yours and was offered a Deans Scholarship at the upper end of the $ range. She did have her application in by the Nov. 15th deadline, and received her admission and scholarship offer in mid-December.

Thanks for your post lightmom, I appreciate it! The Nov. 15th deadline was the Early Action, not scholarship deadline, correct? I looked all over the site and couldn't find a deadline for scholarships.

Hmmm. The only thing I noticed was this from(h**p://www.depaul.edu/admission/scholarships/index.asp)

    Academic Scholarships

If you are a freshman admitted for the fall term, you'll be considered for academic scholarships based on your academic achievement in high school. You do not need to submit a separate application. Be sure your complete application for admission (official high school transcripts, test scores and high school counselor recommendation) is postmarked by November 15, 2007. After this date, scholarships are awarded on a funds-available basis. Your acceptance packet will contain either your academic award notification or an invitation to apply for one of our leadership or service scholarships.

So I don't think applying after that date rules you out. My D got her scholarship at the time of her acceptance.

I received the Dean's Scholarship. I've been awarded a total of 44K (11K per year) My biggest gripe is that I'm afraid the school will be way too easy for me. Anyone else know? Thanks

Well I've been attending for two years now and I can tell you that freshman year seemed like a breeze. It's not that I wasn't challenged, I loved all my classes and my teachers were simply amazing it was just the work load didn't seem to bog me down like it dig in high School. But as with any school as you progress the works gets more difficult and more massive. I'd say most weeks I'm not drowning in it but I'm not sleeping all day either.
