Studying Abroad with country's citizen tuition

I am a citizen of both the US and New Zealand.
I want to attend college in the US & do a year/semester abroad in NZ.
Is it possible to do this, but pay the subsidized tuition that I would receive as a citizen of NZ, rather than my home college's tuition?
