It seems LAC's seem to value these two more than most state schools or research universities?
However, I know a couple like New College of Florida and Reed where having a less robust resume when it comes to these won't hurt terribly come admission time (if things like class rigor/GPA are up to snuff).
Are there any other higher-ranked LAC's that use similar philosophies? ie not adamant that all their students be perfect idyllic circles?
Research universities offer BA's, but also have extensive graduate programs. That's my understanding of it. Most used examples I've seen are Johns Hopkins and Georgetown.
