Im from London, England and am wondering whether UCSB gives financial aid to international students that need it or scholarships.

I'm also going to try to get a soccer scholarship.
Reply's are helpful. Thanks :)

There's info on scholarships for int'ls on their website. It took me less than 60 seconds to find it.

Regent Scholarship is worth 6000 USD.
The Regents Scholars selection committee conducts a comprehensive review of the freshman applicant pool to determine the student’s strength and breadth of academic preparation. Selection is based on a thorough review of the admissions application, including, but not limited to test scores and grades. To be eligible for the Regents Scholarship, you must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or a non-citizen student qualifying under California Assembly Bills 130 or 131, or an international student with outstanding academic qualifications. Only students who fall under these categories are eligible for the Regents Scholarship.

@Alexpopovic96‌ Keep in mind that the selection rate for Regents is about 1-2%. Also, those $6000 would be a very small dent in the $58,000 dollars/year that will cost you to attend UCSB as an international student: http://www.finaid.ucsb.edu/CostOfAttendance.aspx. To attend UCSB, you would have to prove to the US Gov. that you can afford the difference.
