One C in Spanish 3 Honors, are my chances down the drain?

I'm a 4.7 GPA, ranked in the top 6% of my class, and a student in the IB program, however, this last semester of my junior year i received a 79 in Spanish 3 honors. I was one point away from a B, but all my other grades are A's and one B and that one C.
I won't know my SAT scores till mid June ( I'm taking in in 3 days) but I'm aiming for at least 2100. Also plan on 800's for subject tests in October and November for early decision.
I think my extracurricular's and awards are pretty good along with my summer experiences.
- Volunteer of the Year of the Red Cross (A.V chapter)
- 2nd place in the Law Day speech contest among receiving a $500.00 scholarship
-Scholar Athlete award for Cross Country and Track
-4.0 GPA awards all throughout high school.
 Scuba Diver Certified
 Marksmanship Certified
 Master-At-Arms Certified
 First Aid/CPR Certified

 Founder and President of Junior State of America Club at my high school
 Vice President of the Antelope Valley Red Cross Youth Corps (junior year)
 President of the Antelope Valley Red Cross Youth Corps( this upcoming senior year)
 Petty Officer 3rd class in the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps
 Attended Petty Officer Leadership Academy
 Trained a platoon of 33 recruits for 2 weeks at USMCB Camp Pendleton
As for other EC's

 California Scholarship Federation
 Participate as a juror in Youth Court at Lancaster City Hall
 Guest Ambassador for Antelope Valley Hospital
 JV Cross Country and Track & Field
 Clarinet player for marching band
As for this summer I'm already registered to/plan to
- Study AP government and politics at Stanford through JSA summer school
- Attend Youth Leadership Academy at San Diego State University
- Red Cross Leadership Development Camp
- (possibly) attend a Hispanic leadership conference if I get accepted

If my recommendations are pretty strong, and I get the SAT scores I aim for, is that one C (79) Spanish 3 Honors going to affect my chances of getting into Princeton severely even if I'm taking the most rigorous educational program offered at my school? I will also be taking the 4th year of Spanish next year ( IB Spanish) .

No - one C is not going to send your chances "down the drain". Admissions looks at the whole application, not just grades.
