Hello, I am an international student who got accepted to Chemical Engineering Beng at the university of Manchester, would someone familiar with the university tell me how good UofM is for ChemEng? And how good is it in terms of international reputation? Also, is it considered one of the top universities in engineering in the UK? Thanks!

Based on your other thread you were lucky to get the offer. Are you trying to decide between Tandon & Manchester?

    You can google rankings.

It's an excellent university with an excellent Chemical Engineering department, and in fact the field of Chemical Engineering originated there. In the last few years they've built a brand new building for Chem Eng, so the facilities are excellent too.

I'd have no qualms about going there for Chemical Engineering.
