I'm having trouble deciding...... so I got into UCI's Business Administration program( the school sent me an email says that this year the UCI Merage School of Business had over 11,000 applicants for only 280 seats),
and UCSB's Pre Econnomics&Accounting (got in as a top applicant, was invited to the Chancellor reception.)
Also got into Fordham LC (Global Finance and Business Economics), Penn State main(Finance), PITT (Finance), and UMass-Amherst (finance w $12k a year) Any advice? Thank you so much!

The one that strikes me as very different as a university is Penn State -- it's in a college town in the middle of nowhere. Big state u scene, with football and Greek organizations that get into the news, etc. Great university but you have to want that kind of experience -- paint your face blue and say, "We are Penn State." Student demographics at the CA universities versus Penn State and possibly Pitt are also very different. Are you a CA resident? If so, and Fordham is full price, then quickly cross Fordham off the list because it's not worth the extra money. The UCI program is very difficult to get into, but you already know that. My question for UCI is what does that mean for the students who get in? Since you are business oriented, does the Chancellor reception at SB come with a scholarship?

@bookguy thanks for replying. and no I'm not a CA resident, I'm international in Pennsylvania so, basically it's full tuition for me anywhere. I do love the WE ARE PENN STATE bond and I've visited before. However, I don't really like its location just like you said, it's in the middle of nowhere. I prefer big cities. Fordham is in NYC, but its ranking is not as higher as the other ones. And No, I didn't receive a scholarship at SB. We were invited to the reception because we were the top 15%, so wee got accepted early. I'm looking for the school that has a strong business major/school, and are active academically and hopefully socially as well.
