Transfer Option - changing majors within CALS before admission

How difficult would it be to change your major within CALS before applying as a transfer option. Will this hinder my chances of getting in? Also, should I notify them beforehand if I'm planning on pursuing a double major?

Changing your major seemed pretty easy. I think all CALS makes you do is send them a form with your info and an explanation for why you want to switch majors. According to what I read on "chatter" (the forum that they made for TO's), people were able to change their major pretty easily. Not sure if you're allowed to switch into AEM, bio, or engineering.
