Also, I intended to study BioMedical Engineering.

And I'm in the 41 percentile in a grade of about 320 people.

    I'll comment on Michigan.

Michigan is a reach for all OOS students with a 19% acceptance rate for OOS students (Class of 2022). Engineering will likely be less than the 19% overall rate. Also, typically, Engineering students who are accepted will have 3.9+ UWGPA and a 1,490+ SAT (34 ACT) score.

But, OTOH, you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

    I'll comment on Purdue.

Purdue BME has now become one of the most competitive engineering majors. They accept only 100 students/year from the first year engineering. Purdue puts a strong emphasis on math and science grades so Bs and Cs in those subjects are going to raise red flags. GPA and SAT scores are also lower than the 25th percentile for engineering so, Purdue should be in your reach category.

As an OOS applicant, I think OSU is a reach as well.

Hopefully others will chime in about the other schools on your list.

Word of advice, most engineering schools are going to want to see 12th grade Calculus.

Ok...... if you don't get into PennState they would've made a mistake. Your grades are pretty good I'd say and you aren't aiming that high. UMich is probably out of reach, but the rest like Drexel, Ohio State, and UConn seem pretty high. You've taken so many AP classes as well, play sports, and are on the academic team. I think you have a good list..... don't want to pay for private school edu when you can go to a state school for much cheaper ig.
