Common App - Self Reporting Scores

On the common app there's a section to put our SAT/ACT/AP/IB scores. If you took the SAT more than once, do you have to put your individual SAT scores for each time you took the test? It say's add another SAT score, so I'm assuming that is the case, but I Just want to double check. Also, I took the Math 2c subject test twice, should I bother reporting that twice?
