i wish to contact Duke's Admission office by email, but however I couldn't find their email address, the "contact admission" page of Duke only shows phone numbers and normal mail direction. Could you guys help me to find the email address of their admission office please?

    why not just call admissions?

If you see a person on that contact page you want to talk to, the format for email addresses generally go firstname(dot)lastname(at)duke(dot)edu though not always

because I am international so calling is expensive...

Depending on where you are from, you should contact one of these two people:

    Anne Sjostrom, Associate Director
International (Australia/Oceania, Caribbean, East & Southeast Asia, Latin America/Mexico)

    Jennifer Dewar, Associate Director
International (Africa, Canada, Central & Southern Asia, Europe, Middle East)

As I said the format of the email addresses are firstname(dot)lastname(at)duke(dot)edu, and it is equally applicable here.

    EDIT: 1000 posts w00t!!! :)
