do you just list your activies like
1. hobby
2. travel experience
3. .....

and also for awards do you say what years and give details about them

    My S did hobbies and interests in 1 paragraph (list) and travel experiences in a separate paragraph/list (he didn't use full sentences.)

    For extracurricular activities - awards, leadership positions - he had issues with the character limits, so he had to abbreviate and even omit some things (for instance in Boy Scouts he has held numerous leadership positions - he needed much more space to spell them out and he certainly didn't have room for any dates.) I think he said the character limit was 60.

    He countered this problem by highlighting some important things in his Personal Statement.
