Quick question- does the meal plan fall under the category of "Housing" in the cost of attendance for the 2013-2014 school year.

The official number for housing under Emory's COA is $13,848. I find it hard to believe that that is JUST for a dorm. What makes more sense to me would be say 9k for housing and around 4800 for the meal plan.

Thanks

Maybe this will help. We paid the semester bill for our freshman last month. It was for $27,590 for the semester.
Double room in dorm - 3600.
    Meal plan- 2500
    Tuition -21,200
    Fees - ~200 (the rest).
