Financial aid forms

I just got two emails telling me that I need to fill out my Emory financial aid forms, but I haven't been accepted yet, I don't think. I don't have a decision letter on OPUS, anyways, so I'm not sure why they're sending me financial aid forms. Does this mean I am accepted and something's wrong with my OPUS, or maybe that I will be accepted?

Are you sure you haven't gotten a decision yet? If you log into OPUS and look in the bottom-left corner of the Student Center page, there should be a section titled "Admissions". Underneath that heading, there should be a few links, one of which says "View Online Decision". The link was always there on my OPUS, but at 7 yesterday, when I clicked the link, I was able to see my decision letter.

Does the "view decision" tab on your OPUS still say "Your decision is not available"?

Yeah, it still says that, and I applied regular decision, so I shouldn't know yet anyways, should I? I applied for Oxford Scholars because I was told by many people on here that I was nearly a sure thing for it, but I obviously didn't get it because I would've found out back in January. Of course, the week those decisions came out, my email address got compromised for who knows what reason, so I didn't have an email and I have no idea if I received one telling me to check my opus or not...of course, I've come to terms with not getting OS and I'm excited about where I'm probably going this fall, but I'm a little confused as to what's happening here...

Oh, ok. You applied RD. You shouldn't be getting your decision back until late March or early April, I think. Yesterday's decisions were only for EDII students. Also, colleges routinely send out e-mails encouraging you to fill out financial aid forms, so I don't think it has anything to do with your decision. You'll just have to wait until the next decision date.

    Good luck with getting accepted!
