So I was researching oxford at emory some more and I'm confused as to what school exactly it feeds into? Emory's arts&sciences or emory business? Is it an automatic thing or would I need to apply for both? (Interested in corporate law)

Oxford feeds automatically into Emory College of Arts and Sciences. You need a 2.0 GPA to graduate from Oxford and continue to the College; if you started at the College and didn't keep about same GPA you would have been excluded from there. Students from both Oxford College and Emory College are automatically admitted to the Nursing school if they have fulfilled the prerequisites.

The business school does not admit anyone directly, although a small number of Goizueta scholars are admitted with guaranteed business school admission after two years. Everyone must start at Oxford or Emory College and then apply to be admitted on a competitive basis to the business school after two years.
