Do i have a change to EMory Scholar?

Gpa: 4.0/4.78
Ap( including this senior): 12

Sat2:750,700,790
EC: varsity soccer 4 years( been playing for 11years), club sport

I am the sport guy, I like sports, that's why I played the soccer over 10 years at school team and club. But, it is not enough good to get any recruitings. I really want to go Emory, but I need a lot financial aid or merit scholarship, because my parents are making 100K - 150K. What do you think about my chance to Emory scholar? I am so nervous..

@mochiko : You are pretty much a standard Emory applicant (I'll give you a hint, many HYP admits will not be offered an interview for Emory scholars. It is not stats driven, though those can help some. Most chosen for interviews usually have a very interesting background or story to tell or very strong accomplishments in certain arenas, perhaps at the international level. The more academic scholars went far beyond their HS curriculum even exhausting AP and IB courses offered)......you may check the box but certainly do not expect anything unless you are hiding a lot from us. Rejoice if they give you anything. Maybe you should look for good programs (especially publics) that are very stats sensitive and have score/GPA cut-offs to determine who they give the scholarship to. There are plenty of other places that you might like where a merit scholarship is possible.
