For Asian Female
3.5/3.6 (downward trend due to some issues in Jr year (this dropped my gpa 0.2-0.3) that my counselor talked for me on her rec letter)
with Great Extracurriculars..
would it be almost no chance? ED2? or RD?

@2017hello would be less likely, but we don't decide how the adcoms will see you and don't know the details of the rest of your application. The best you can do is try and find out. If you like really like Emory, try ED2 but of course be sure to keep an open mind about other schools you applied to and start really looking into what they have to offer. If you mainly want to apply to Emory because you think it is a good school in a more vague sense (ranking and hearsay), then maybe try RD. You may like other schools where you are more of a match better.
