Can I appeal my emory decision?

Basically, my counselor sent in my mid year report in February, but last week I noticed on my portal that my mid year was reported as missing and I called admissions and they said they didn't have it. We sent the midyear report again, but I feel as if they may not have used it due to the timing. Could I appeal for my decision if I can prove that my guidance counselor sent in the mid year earlier before the deadline?
