SAT range?

I have noticed that the SAT range, 25th - 75th percentiles for Emory have been the same for the last like 3 years and even for last year. It has been 1300-1460 for all this time. I mean, what is the deal, it doesn't go up or down? How is that possible. It seems every school goes up by like at least 10-15 pts a year. For SAT ranges for last year, one can look at Princeton Review or Collegeboard. The ones in US News are 2 years ago data.
