How is the Asian population here? Emory is the only Southern school that I have in mind to apply, so it would be great if somebody give me some advice. Also, would it be hard for somebody from nyc to adjust?

Emory is not a southern school in the sense of say, Vanderbilt. There is a large group of students from the Northeast and NYC.

Show interest if you apply to Emory. Go to presentations, try to visit, order the DVD, and mention specific things about Emory in the essay on why you want to go there.
