What grad schools can I actually get into for CS?

I went to Suny Buffalo and graduated with a 2.9 GPA in CS. GPA is not really a reflection on my ability, but on my ability when I work a lot running my own business, which I was.

Id like to get a MS in CS or Information Assurance mainly because I really enjoy school and the topic. Id also like to redefine myself for future employers as a 2.9 is not really a good representation of my ability.

I will be applying with 1 or 2 years of Industry experience as well. So I want to know, where on the rankings should I apply? What schools would I actually have a chance with. I like bigger Universities.
