What is the best grad school for power electronics?

My research interests include: switching power supplies, dc-dc converters, inverters, power factor correction converters, active (hybrid) power filters, quasi-resonant converters.
I'm an international student - I'm searching for well financing departments: high percentage of first year graduates receive full financial aid (TA, RA, Graduate Fellowship).
P.S. Sorry for my English :)
