Marshall Scholarship 2013

Hi everyone, I applied for a 2013 Marshall scholarship and I have been on pins and needles waiting to hear if I have been invited for an interview. For some reason, my regional committee has been very delayed in announcing the interview candidates (perhaps due to the hurricane). I have spoken with the fellowship coordinator at my undergraduate university and as of yesterday she said no one had heard in my region and that we would receive the emails yesterday... Still nothing, at least for me. The problem is, the interview dates listed on the Marshall website for my region are tomorrow and Friday. The bigger problem is that I currently live in Europe and will be coming back to my hometown in the US if invited to the interview. I am under the impression that all candidates will receive notification regardless of acceptance or rejection.

What I want to ask is: has any had a similar experience with the Marshall either this year or in the past? Do you know if Marshall ever postpones the interview dates? Should I assume I have not been invited for interview? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
