How to apply for Scholarship?

I know that I will not have much financial Aid to study either in University of Pennsylvania or Villanova University for the year 2014-2015. Can someone please help me how can I get Full scholarship where I do not have to pay anything?

    Henna,
According to your other posts, you are attending another college with a GPA of 2.2
Where are you now? Is there tutoring available to help you do a better job where you are? That would be a more realistic option for you than trying to get into a top school with your current GPA.

It seems you will be a transfer student where scholarships are very limited. To even be considered for anything you will need a GPA over a 3.0 and that might not be enough.

It is best to check the website of the colleges you are considering and see what they offer.
