Documentation we need to keep

We're excited to have both kids finished with undergrad! I have tons folders of paperwork and need to decide what to keep
Eldest received merit scholarships, 529 payments, National merit scholarship and payments we made. I have the Cost of Attendance statements and believe this will be sufficient.

Youngest received merit scholarships, need-based aide from the University and federal work study. We paid the remainder using savings and 529 plans. Do I need to keep all the FAFSA & CSS applications? Will a Cost of Attendance statement be sufficient considering it's need based, merit and disbursements from 529 plan?
