    Yeah I seem to remember reading some relating to parents with cancer.

    There are more of them for people with cancer though.

    I am so sorry you are going through this. I don't know about the scholarships, but I think you should mention it in your essays, putting an emphasis on what you have learned or how you have been affected possibly by learning to cope with adversity or to value life more??

    I am so sorry you've had to deal with this loss at such a young age. I can't even imagine your incredible loss.

    Hopefully others will come up with even more great sites for you. Also, do you have a college counselor at your HS you can meet with to ask such a question? They may have additional suggestions.
