Know any good schools that offer good financial aid packages merit based especially?

I'm looking at Rose-Hulman, Caltech, Georgia Tech(it's free for me). I was also thinking maybe Virignia Tech, BU?

My stats are 800M, 750CR, 660W
790 Chem, 780 US Hist, 740 Math 2
4.0(out of 4.0), 30-something out of 490-something
7 AP's, all honors

Average quantity of EC's, good variety.
