Is taking only 2 years of a language a disadvantage when applying to the university of Florida? I'm currently in french 2 right now and hate it and would rather take ap computer science than french 3 next year. Any help would be appreciated

Nope, two years is fine for UF. It may be an issue at some elite (private) schools, but not at any of the Florida public universities, including UF.
