Hey everyone, I'm not sure whether to apply to Furman or not, what are my chances?

I'm a Hispanic/White Male.

Unweighted GPA: 3.24
Weighted GPA: 3.52

I'll have a total of 5 AP classes and 6 honors classes throughout high school.

SAT I: Critical Reading: 610 Math:690 Writing: 570

SAT II: Math II: 660 US History: 640

4 years in FBLA
3 years on Cross Country
3 years on Track
3 years in Jazz Band (Double Bass and electric bass)
3 years on my school newspaper. This coming year I will be the news editor.
I've volunteered at an elderly home in my neighborhood for over 100 hours
For 2 years in a row, I have been a camp counselor at a sleep away camp
I am interning at my Assembly member's district office this summer
3 years on my school's debate team. This coming year I will be the president.

    Unless you do abysmal this year, Furman should be a pretty safe bet for you. You're stats are pretty similar to mine, and I also was able to get a fair amount of merit aid here.

    Do your best this year, apply for Furman's merit scholarships, and see what happens! Also, let me know if you have any questions about the school/applications/etc.
