I plan on taking a gap year and have been applying to colleges with the plan of deferring my admission a year. Most of the schools on my list have gap year policies available online, but I can’t find anything for UR. Does anyone know if they allow incoming freshmen to defer enrollment for a year? Do they hold any merit scholarships the student has earned, or does the student forfeit their scholarships when they defer enrollment? Thanks!
