    You seem extremely well rounded. With your language skills and interest in Political Science and International Affairs, I think you would have been better off applying to the School of Foreign Service. They would probably have accepted you in a heartbeat, and you could have tested out of the required language classes. The only issue I really see is your class rank and thus your GPA, but I think Georgetown will consider your other achievements over that. Also, taking the SAT 3 times is not a weakness, it just shows that you strive for the best, regardless of what you score. Overall, I think you are an excellent candidate.
