Low Gpa and Decent test scores

Hey guys, I've been working on getting accepted to Georgia State (Perimeter College). The requirements for this part of the school are less/lower than that of the main campus. I graduated high school with a low gpa, a 1.9 to be exact due to less than stellar family issues. I got a 24 on the ACT and I aced all the placement tests. What are the chances of getting accepted if the required GPA is 2.0?

You should contact the school's admissions office, or explain your circumstances on your application. According to the stats of students admitted, you have to have a 2.0, so your chances are not very high. But, if you take my advice, I'm sure their admissions office will work something out.
