working in big pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, MSD, Merck?

I'm just curious about the entry requirements for technical/ research positions in these companies. I'm from Hong Kong and have got my BSc in biochemistry in a local university. I've worked for 1 year as a RA in a research lab, is this enough for getting into these companies or do I need a graduate degree?

You should look up the available jobs in the companies you are interested in (go to their websites and look for 'careers'). The posted job descriptions should give you a sense of the educational/technical backgrounds they look for.
