I am studying International Relations MSc in TUrkey(Middle Eas Technical University).

I am gonna apply to US political science phd programs but I am a little bit hopeless.

Here is my quals:

MSc GPA:3.60(pending)
Undergrad GPA: 3.50
Government Scholarship(full tuition,fees,living expenses)
Strong recommendations
GRE: will take on 21 November

I dont think that I can get a good score in GRE, because it is very last second idea to apply US. Therefore, I havent worked on it.

yes, What do you think for my situation? Which universities should I apply to?

some of my list: Chicago, GWU, Georgetown,Delaware, Texas A&M, Virginia,Florida, Connecticut, NotreDamme, Pittsburg, Suny Albany,Ohio state, North Carolina...
