Getting into international relations masters program

I am set to graduate next spring with a bachelor’s in Education but want to go to grad school for international relations. Is it possible to get accepted with my undergrad background? Do I meet the requirements for most schools as long as I have a strong GPA and GRE schools? I would like to go to USC or UCLA but are there other schools that I would have a better chance at?
