Math Graduate School - Programs in Number Theory

Is there any way I can find a ranking of all of the top number theory programs? I'm interested in going to math graduate school and doing number theory research, particularly algebraic number theory, but I've noticed that while some schools (UIUC, UCLA, etc.) have good number theory programs, others (Indiana, Duke) don't have any number theory at all.

US News publishes an algebra/number theory/algebraic geometry specialty ranking among the math graduate programs.

You will probably get more solid advice from your professors though than a more-or-less arbitrary ranking.
