Do normal people that get less than a 2000 ever get into harvard?

I was just wondering. Is it possible?
For a normal non-athlete? I am a white suburbian with no athletic talent whatsoever by the way, and am not asking this for my chances but just as a general question.

Has anyone with a perfect app except test scores ever gotten in? I mean some people just can't do well on those tests because of pressure and other constraints, so i was wondering if people have ever seen confirmed cases of people getting in because other areas outshined test scores.
