Lower Scores

Am I a viable candidate for philosophy with a 2100 SAT score, a 710 Math II score, and a 700 Physics score? I know that my chances ultimately hinge on intangibles, but my low SAT IIs (49th and 57th percentiles respectively) have me thinking that my application will be ignored.
