Is this a good highschool plan?

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and I put together a list of the courses, clubs, and sports I plan to take and I eanted to have your opinion on them. I'm currently entering 8th grade but I have always wanted to become a doctor when I grow up because I like how they help people and I hope I will someday help people too as a doctor. Are 4 clubs too much considering I'm gonna take AP and PreAP classes? Should I leave any of those clubs? Should I leave any of those sports?
Do you think colleges will like all of what I will list below if I stick to all those clubs and athletics for 4 years and having a gpa of 3.75 and higher? Do you have any tips? Anyways, I want to have your opinion on what I will list below:

Enough with the shameless bumps.
You're, like, 14 years old. A lot can change by the time you apply to colleges in 3 years.
Come back after sophomore year.
Also, it's good to be prepared for what you want to do, don't get me wrong. However, your schedule will probably change as your interests change. In the beginning and through freshmen year, I wanted to major in music education with an emphasis in wind conducting. But now, I really want to major in Speech Language Pathology. Don't be alarmed if your schedule changes! Mine has many times now.
