What are you hoping to do next?

This is not even close to ivy league level, and your state flagship is probably also a reach or out of reach. However, you should be able to get into a decent university, or you could go on to CC and intend to transfer, or learn a trade. University is not for everyone -- in fact the majority of Americans never go to university.

Expect university or community college to be significantly more difficult than high school (assuming that you choose to go to university or CC).

Your GPA is evaluated in the context of your school (known for tough grading?), your class choices (the easy A versus AP classes?), trends (going up or down? consistently good in history but bad in science?) and fit (are you in line with the students at the school/major you are applying to?)

It's not bad. It won't get you into Duke, but it'll get you into a respectable school. Just get a reasonable score on your SAT.

There are colleges for you with that GPA (basically a 3.0).
    Are you happy with it?
Are you doing the best you can to get the best grades you can?
