How do I go outside?

>be me, 3rd grade, move to new school, trouble fitting in
>sit at some random table during lunch to eat food while ignoring what others say around me
>table eventually has no space, so i sit elsewhere
>sit by random table with no one else on it and eat my lunch
>some random female comes up to my table and tries to be a friend
>confused what she is doing
>think nothing of it; just waiting until i can get out to play
>come 6th grade and my mom tells me to make friends
>sit next to random group of 3 others somehow (make first friends in my life)
>come 7th grade, school is split into two different lunches, rest of the 3 friends enter the other lunch
>sit in the middle of some random group to eat my lunch (like 3rd grade) and then go to library as soon as I can
>high school comes, pattern since 7th grade continues (i.e. sit in middle of random group to quickly eat lunch and then go to library
>except becomes more dreadful because entire school PDAs every minute of the day
>continue sitting quietly and doing what i'm supposed to do
>12th grade, decide to just skip eating and go home
>mfw i look back and see all the fun everyone else had while i just made the years go by

I think many people here on CC are like this, not a majority but there is a large amount. You should try being friends with other people like you in your lunchroom. However, you're a senior, but I heard making friends in college is easier than in high school.
I just replied to this so that someone else will click this and respond. I'm a bit dazed right now, just got off a bus with no air conditioning...

Then you should try to look more approachable although most times friends don't come to you, you have to make the first move. I'm surprised no one has said go to a therapist yet.
