    Well, you really have to look at that in context. I would classify nations such as India and China in the obscure category of "developing world powers," as both are taking the fast track to becoming world powers and should be there within the next ten years.

    YES INDEED, sir.

    They have nuclear weapons, and my proud Indian friend told me that India has not yet to this day signed a treaty which prohibits their use of nuclear weapons. I don't know if he's correct or not, so if you want to check that out, then okay.

    But because they have nuclear weapons, then sure, let's consider them a world power to the many nations that it is more superior than.

    He is correct, and America has an under-the-table treaty with India recognizing their nuclear power.
