How well will these Senior classes prepare me?

I'm going to be a Senior this year and this is my class schedule. While I'm not 100% sure what major I want to go into, I'm leaning heavily towards Biomedical Engineering and similar fields. I know it's going to be a lot of work, but I rather start preparing myself for college instead of making it a fun, easy year. So for anyone who is already in college, how well will these classes help me?

Humanities Honors
Calculus
Physics B - AP
Anatomoy/Physiology
Genetics
Microbiological Science Concepts (Online college class)
Health 4
Contemporary Music Studio (For fun)

I think that its a great idea for you to take Physics B since you planning on going into engineering, and if your school offers it, it would be an even better idea for you to take some engineering elective courses, just to get a taste for the field.
