Senior year schedule, help?

I talked with my guidance counselor on Friday, and we went through my course selections for next year. I decided on:
- AP Lit
- AP Calc
- AP Econ
- AP Gov't
- Spanish 3
- Personal finance class (which I need).

And that leaves me with an extra class, and I don't know if I want to take a science or not. Should I take AP Enviro or drop my Spanish class and take AP Chem (it's a double-block)?

Please let me know what you think!

Thanks for the help in advance. :)
