Question about scholarships.

I was looking at some scholarships that are for Hispanics... some said that you have to be 1/2 or more Hispanic, but some said 'Of Hispanic Heritage'. Does that mean you have to be 100% or that you consider yourself to be of Hispanic Heritage?

My guess is the latter, but to be sure you'll need to contact each scholarship program and ask them for their definition of 'Hispanic Heritage'.
